About Josh
Joshua Cawyer brings a diverse professional background in leadership, education, coaching, business ownership, and sales to the Alabama Gulf Coast real estate market. As a licensed Alabama Realtor®, Joshua works with one of the largest condominium developers on the Gulf Coast, specializing in condo sales and helping clients navigate investment, vacation, and primary residence opportunities along the beautiful Alabama shoreline.
Before transitioning into real estate, Joshua spent over a decade as an educator and coach, where he developed strong communication, organizational, and client-focused skills. He also owns and operates Alabama Beach Cart Rentals, giving him valuable firsthand experience working with vacation property owners and understanding the unique needs of coastal property buyers and investors.
Joshua’s career began in national sales and team leadership with home security and automation companies, where he developed expertise in customer service, negotiation, and relationship building — skills he now uses daily to help clients make confident real estate decisions.
Originally from Oklahoma, Joshua earned his Bachelor’s Degree in History and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership. His leadership background, strong work ethic, and commitment to serving others allow him to provide clients with knowledgeable guidance and a smooth, professional buying or selling experience.
Joshua is married and a proud father of four children. When he is not helping clients find the perfect coastal property, he enjoys spending time with his family, staying active in sports, and enjoying the Gulf Coast lifestyle.
